    New shoes..........

Finally got around to picking new shoes for the benz.

Leon Hardiritt wheels on stretched rubber

    Fronts: 19 x 9 ET 20
    Rears: 19 x 10 ET 4

I think I can get 10mm more in fitment in the fronts cuz the fenders are soo stretched.

Man That car looks good from behind. I've been thinking about picking up an AMG replica spoiler, but now I really want one!

    Justin,

    Those wheels are AWESOME!!!!.

They look like an OZ Opera IIs but in expanded sizes. The OZ wheels were discontinued a long time ago. I wanted a set of 17s for my 300E when I had it about 7 or 8 years ago and could not get them. I even contacted OZ in Florida.

I like your 19s but I don't think I want to ride on them I would prefer 18s for my car.

Do you know if the Ritter wheels are available in 18" sizes and at what they might cost?

Also if available where to buy them even if only 19s?

BTW someone on 500espot.com says that your car is for sale. I don't read that here. Did I miss something? T of F

    Thanks

    Thank you. Suspension setup is:

H&R springs, 1/2 coil cut front, 1 coil rear
Bilstein Sport 400e rear struts. Plugged the SLS spheres.

Ride is very stiff, so little suspension travel. That is what you want when running stretched, wide rims that could rub.....

How and where did you plug the SLS exactly? Did you have to change the power steering to E420? I want to do this to my car as well but dont know how to mess with the SLS.

It is really quite easy. Remove the SLS struts, then just plug the bottom of the accumulators with union plugs. Add more hydraulic fluid.

There is no need to change to E420 power steering.

PM me if you need more help
